1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Coenvo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Coenvo. By using the app you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and verification.

4. Video Calls, Chat & Conduct

Coenvo connects users for live video calls and messaging. You agree not to harass, threaten, or send unlawful, abusive, or sexually exploitative content to other users. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Diamonds, Rubies & Payments

Diamonds are a virtual in-app currency purchased with real money and spent on video calls and virtual gifts. Rubies are a virtual reward earned through eligible in-app activity, such as receiving calls and gifts. Diamonds and Rubies are not currency and have no monetary value on their own; they cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to other users or outside the app. Eligible verified users may submit a redemption request for accumulated Rubies through Coenvo's official redemption program, subject to minimum thresholds, identity verification, and our redemption policies then in effect. Redemption requests are reviewed at our discretion and are not guaranteed; we may modify, limit, delay, or discontinue the redemption program at any time. Diamond purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Verification (KYC)

Certain features, including Ruby redemption requests, require identity verification. You agree to provide accurate verification information and understand that verified status may be revoked if information is later found to be false.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Coenvo for illegal activity, to impersonate others, to solicit payments outside the app, or to circumvent the app’s billing or verification systems.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Coenvo and request account deletion at any time from Settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Coenvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
