Account details (name, username, birthdate, gender), profile photos, location (city/country), messages and call metadata, diamond/ruby balances and transaction history, and — for Ruby redemption requests — identity verification (KYC) documents.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide video calling, chat, and virtual gifting features; to match and display profiles in Discover; to process diamond purchases and Ruby redemption requests; to verify identity for eligible redemptions; and to detect abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms.

3. Location Data

We use your approximate location (city/country) to show you nearby matches. You can hide your location from other users at any time in Settings.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with payment processors to complete purchases and process eligible Ruby redemptions, and with service providers (e.g. cloud hosting) who help us operate the app, under confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security on our database) to protect your data, and we continuously work to keep your information safe.

6. Your Rights

You can review and edit most of your profile information in the app. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data from Settings at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

Coenvo is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
